This is a SharePoint Framework (SPFx) WebPart. This SPFx WebPart can display name dynamically of user logged in, can provide a description, add, edit, and delete quick links from WebPart Properties, and background and text color can be changed from SPFx WebPart Properties.
We use ReactJS for this webpart.
